Hello friends!
 
This is my abridged August Newsletter... I know many of you are away and who wants to read about hum drum real estate news while lying on a beach or by the pool! Soooooooooo as summer winds down, I am going to focus on ME and the work my team has been doing. We have a fantastical slew listings that are quite hot and especial (yes I went to Spain this summer)!
 
But before we get to them let's just start with everyone's question on how is the market... Well it remains challenging but there has been a nice pop of August activity. We have seen more buyers coming out thru the first half of this month then we saw in all of June and July, yesssssss.  Plus my team and I have had a bunch of great successes this summer including a number of closings, signed contracts and a couple of fantastic new listings!
 
Let's get to the listings! Our current inventory includes homes from just under $500,000 to nearly $6 million — and everything in between.  I will go thru some of them quickly right now but in more detail below... 
 
  • We just had a major price improvement at 57 Sullivan Street — a townhouse gem and genuine piece of New York City history. This home is incredibly special.
